How much does it cost?

A OuiCycle session costs money. On this page, we tell you the prices. You can try one session. Or you can take a subscription. Some funding can pay a part of the price.

Start with one session to try

  • To start, you can try one session. This session is called the discovery session.
  • The discovery session costs €380 excl. VAT. Excl. VAT means the price without the tax.
  • After this session, you promise nothing.
  • We come to your place for half a day, with your residents.
  • The price includes everything: the vehicle, a trained driver-facilitator and the insurance. Your teams have nothing to organise.

Three ways to pay

  • You choose the plan that suits you best.
  • Pay-as-you-go plan: you pay €380 excl. VAT for each session. You promise nothing.
  • Fortnightly plan: 2 sessions a month, so one session every 2 weeks. The price starts at €460 excl. VAT a month.
  • Weekly plan: 4 sessions a month, so one session every week. The price starts at €760 excl. VAT a month.
  • The weekly plan is the one people choose most. It is also the one that costs the least for each resident.

How does the subscription work?

  • With a subscription, you commit for 6 months or for 12 months.
  • The 12-month commitment is the best deal: the price of each session goes down.
  • Without a subscription, you can buy several sessions in advance. A pack of 3 sessions costs €340 excl. VAT per session. A pack of 5 sessions costs €300 excl. VAT per session.
  • With a pack, you pay 10% or 20% less.
  • One session every week for 12 months is our best price. And coming often really does your residents good.

How much does it cost for one person?

  • A session lasts 2 hours 30 and welcomes about 12 residents.
  • For one session only, the price is €32 for each resident.
  • With the weekly subscription, the price goes down to €16 for each resident. This is the lowest price.
  • Public funding can pay a part of the price: the APA, a French benefit for older people who are losing their autonomy; the funders' conferences; and the CNSA, the State fund that pays for autonomy support.
  • Mutual insurers, companies and calls for projects can also help. These types of funding can often be added together.
